Orders ship out from Maui, Hawaii.
Orders typically ship within two days from submission, excluding weekends and holidays.
Items normally ship USPS priority mail (actual transit times for shipments within the United States may be up to 7 days. International shipments usually take from 7-14 days).
A shipping confirmation email will be sent when your order leaves our warehouse.
We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.
Plate Lunch uses Stripe as our secure online payment gateway.
Payments are accepted through VISA, AMERICAN EXPRESS, and MASTERCARD.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since receipt of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must include tags and also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please choose your product wisely as Plate Lunch LLC cannot refund for "Change of Mind". However, a full refund will be provided for items that are found to be faulty or damaged during delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged unless product is faulty.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item this is done based on size availability.
Shipping of Returns/Exchanges
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. This includes the cost of us shipping you a replacement. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
